Applicable conditions:
The product has quality problems, such as damage, manufacturing defects or functional failure.
The product does not match the website description, including size, color, material, etc.
Received the wrong or missing goods.

You have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the goods.
Return and exchange applications must be submitted during working hours.

Fill in the return and exchange application form, including a description of the problem, photo or video evidence (if applicable).
Review application:
Our customer service team will review your application within 2 working days and notify you of the review results by email or SMS.
If further information is required, we may contact you for verification.
Sending goods:
After the review is passed, you will receive the return address and return guide.
Please make sure the goods are in original condition, unused and well packaged.
Use the recommended logistics method to send the goods, and keep the waybill number for inquiry.
Processing returns and exchanges:
We will inspect the returned goods within 1 working day after receiving them.
If it is confirmed that the goods meet the return and exchange conditions, we will refund you or send you a replacement.
The refund will be returned to your payment account by the original route, and the estimated processing time is 2 working days.
Freight:
If the return or exchange is caused by product quality problems, we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return or exchange is caused by personal reasons (such as dislike, inappropriate size, etc.), you need to bear the return shipping cost.
Product status:
Please make sure that the returned goods are in unused condition and keep the original packaging and accessories intact.
